Scope, prototype and a fixed-price quote in two weeks
Discovery Sprint: know what to build, and what it will cost, in two weeks
A Discovery Sprint is two weeks of senior work that turns an idea into a scoped plan: user flows, a clickable prototype of the core screens, the architecture and a fixed-price quote for the build. It costs ₹1,50,000 in India or $2,900 elsewhere, and the full fee is credited to the build if it starts within 60 days.

Where have we done this before?
Is a Discovery Sprint right for you?
A good fit if
- Founders with an idea and a budget who need a real number before committing
- Businesses replacing an old system who need its rules mapped first
- Teams who got three quotes that disagree by 5× and want a scope they can compare against
Not the right fit if
- You already have a detailed spec and designs — ask for a build quote directly
- You need a pitch-deck mock-up for investors rather than a buildable plan
- The product is a simple brochure website — our sister company Web Cannon-Z builds those
What are the terms?
- Credit
- The full fee is credited to the build if it starts within 60 days of the walkthrough.
- Payment
- Paid up front; work starts on the kick-off date we agree.
- You keep everything
- The scope, prototype and architecture are yours whether or not we build it.
- Changes
- One round of changes to the scope and prototype after the walkthrough is included.
Questions about a Discovery Sprint
What do I walk away with after a Discovery Sprint?
A prioritised scope, user flows, a clickable prototype of the core screens, the architecture, a risk list and a fixed-price quote for the build in milestones. All of it is yours, even if someone else builds it.
Is the Discovery Sprint fee lost if we go ahead with the build?
No. The full fee is credited to the build if it starts within 60 days of the walkthrough.
Can another agency build from the Discovery Sprint output?
Yes. The scope, flows, prototype and architecture are written to be handed to any competent team, and you own them.
How much of my time does a Discovery Sprint need?
About three short calls: a kick-off, a mid-week review of the scope, and the final walkthrough. The rest is our work.
Why not just quote the build straight away?
When the scope is fuzzy, a quote is a guess, and guesses turn into change requests. Two weeks of discovery replaces the guess with a plan both sides can price against.
