Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Pro access until your current period ends, then your account reverts to the Free tier. No further charges.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes — 7-day no-questions-asked refund on any new subscription.
Do you charge GST?
Not yet — CountryDevs is not GST-registered, so the prices you see are final (no tax added at checkout). Once registration completes, future invoices will include GST and you'll see GSTIN + HSN on the receipt.
Does the API count against my MD→PDF limits?
No — Pro+ API access has its own monthly call quota (1,000/mo on Pro+) tracked separately from the web UI.
Can I share my account with my team?
Each account is per-user for now. Team accounts (multi-seat) are on the roadmap.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/RuPay), net banking via Razorpay. UPI AutoPay supports recurring subscriptions.
