Reliant Audit & Safety Consultancy (RACS) — Safety Audit Firm Website

A multi-page website we built for Reliant Audit & Safety Consultancy (RACS), a Chennai safety-audit firm: six service pages, six training-programme pages, an audit page covering OHS, electrical, fire, LPG and environmental audits, and a contact form.

Overview

Overview

RACS is a Chennai firm, set up in 2014 according to its about page, that audits workplaces for health, safety and fire compliance and trains their staff. Its work falls into two catalogues that buyers look for separately: audit and consultancy services, and training programmes.

We built the site in HTML, SASS and JavaScript on Netlify, with About, Services and Training Programs menus that open onto their own pages, the office phone number in the header, and a contact page with an enquiry form. The footer credits Web Cannon-Z, CountryDevs' sister company; the site was built under that name.

The story in three steps

From the problem to what runs today

  1. 01 · Where it started

    The challenge

Safety audits are bought by plant and facility managers who need one specific thing, such as a fire adequacy audit, an electrical audit or an ISO 45001 system, and want to see that the firm does exactly that. A single brochure page could not carry six services and six training programmes in enough detail to convince that buyer.

  2. 02 · What we built

    The solution

We gave every service and every training programme its own page under two menus, so a buyer goes straight to what they need. The audit page then breaks the work down by type: occupational safety and health, electrical, fire adequacy, LPG and environmental. The home page works as a map of the firm: who it works with, from startups to large organisations, then the six services as linked cards, then the founder's background.

  3. 03 · Where it stands

    The impact

The site is live at racssafety.netlify.app. We have no traffic or enquiry records for it, so none are given. The experience and training figures on the site describe the client's founder and are not results of our work, so we do not repeat them here.

Features

What we built into Reliant Audit & Safety Consultancy (RACS)

Six service pages

Management systems, manuals, assessment, inspection, audit and survey each have their own page under the Services menu.

Six training-programme pages

A Training Programs menu leads to induction and orientation, specific-needs training, system-based training, fresher and refresher courses, material handling equipment and machine operation, each on its own page.

Audit catalogue

The audit page describes occupational safety and health, electrical, fire adequacy, LPG bullet and environmental audits one by one.

Who-we-help section

The home page addresses startups, established businesses and large organisations separately, with what the firm does for each.

Phone in the header, form on its own page

The office number sits in the header on every page, and the contact page has an enquiry form with the office address.

FAQ

Questions about this project

How is the RACS website organised for different safety buyers?

By service and by training programme: two menus lead to six service pages and six training pages, so a buyer looking for an inspection or an induction course lands on that page directly.

Which audits does the RACS website describe?

Occupational safety and health, electrical, fire adequacy (prevention and protection), LPG bullet and environmental audits on the audit page, with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and HAZOP work listed under management systems.
